Life is hectic for Pamela and Shane Spillett, new parents of twins Joshua and Madison, born last December at Valley Hospital Medical Center. But amid the diapers, laundry and late-night feedings, Mrs. Spillett says the twins are a constant reminder of the wonders of modern medicine.
