Photo of mother and daughter in kitchen
Here are some fun recipes your kids can make (with your supervision), and they'll actually enjoy eating these healthy concoctions.

Fruit sandwiches
Banana
Peanut butter
Raisins (optional)

Slice bananas. Spread banana slices with peanut butter. Top with raisins and enjoy!

Fruit smoothies
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fruit (bananas and strawberries taste yummy)
1/2 cup yogurt
Ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.

Mini snack kabobs
Pineapple chunks
Apple chunks
Cubes of ham and cheese
Kabob sticks

Kids simply place alternate chunks on the kabob.

Teddy bear snack mix
2 cups Teddy Grahams (any flavor)
2 cups honey nut cereal
1 cup honey roasted peanuts
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup white, milk or dark chocolate morsels

Mix together and store in an airtight container.

Tasty combinations: Cinnamon Teddy Grahams with white chocolate morsels; Chocolate Chip Teddy Grahams with milk chocolate morsels
