NICU Celebrates 5-Year Anniversary

Summerlin Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) recently celebrated its five-year anniversary. More than 500 "graduate" NICU babies and families were in attendance at the annual event, marking the event's largest attendance to date. The afternoon featured music, mascots, festive food and visiting with friends.

A major expansion project is also under way to increase the size of the current NICU. Completion is expected at the end of the year (2009). To learn more about NICU services, visit www.IchooseSummerlin.com and select Neonatal Intensive Care Unit under Hospital Services.
